Has not performed services and was suppose to buy a pool pump after I gave him$3500 and never install or delivered. I lost money. He has ghosted me and will report to BBB and file a police report. Not trustworthy!
I had 2 neighbors recommend Jake with Dobyns pool services; I am so thankful they did! Jake takes care of business fast and efficiently. And my Pool is crystal clear every time!
Best customer service ever! Jacob is very helpful, knowledgeable and so very polite. He makes me feel like I am his only customer! I love his quality of work and his honesty in the chemicals he puts in my pool. He has been able to fix any problem with my equipment that has come up in the past few months! If you are looking for a great pool service and a great pool guy. Give him a call!!!!
We had Jake for two months and our pool looked like this for the entire time. He doesn’t come on designated day he told he would come and whenever he didn’t come he wouldn’t even communicate with us why until I reached out. Never knew what he was doing to our pool. He also was awful at brushing the pool. The stairs were always green in the cracks and random green spots. I think out of the two months he was our pool guy it was clear maybe twice.
