Dom deserves 5 stars — he was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I wish I could rate him separately. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by Matt, who is truly one of the worst people I’ve had to deal with in any setting. He showed up 45 minutes late, acted like he was doing me a favor just by being there, and had an arrogant, condescending attitude the entire time. Amazing shop with amazing people! Matt went above and beyond advising me as I purchased a pre-owned Cayenne from literally the other side of the country. At no point was he obligated to answer any of my questions or do anything for me, really, yet he accepted several of my calls, answered my myriad questions, and even reached out to the Porsche dealer here in Virginia himself to get more info on the car before I closed the deal.
