Became a loyal customer after dealer service dept tried to sell me ball joints & tie rods. Had Jake's check car for temp gauge and asked that they also check front suspension. They told temp sending was bad, but front end was okay. Saved me approx. $600. I now bring all 3 of the family cars to them, very pleased with quality of service.
