I've been going to Dr. Dobson for years. She is very kind and her staff have been helpful and friendly, until today. When I called to order additional contact lenses, I was told that my prescription had expired because I had not had a refraction for two years. I go yearly, and I ordered contacts at my last visit one year ago, so this seems odd. I had a next appointment scheduled for October, so if that was too long, they should have told me to schedule earlier.
