Very rude receptionist. I was told that I will be considered a new patient because I didn’t go for my physical. Fair enough, so I called and told them that I am going with a new provider since they didn’t have new patient appointments at that time. He was very rude in the call and told me to find a new provider. And that’s what I did. Fast forward two months, I am told I will be charged for a no show appointment that I didn’t know existed until the day of. I've been turned away when I got to their office and this was after them rescheduling the day before. I feel like that was extremely unprofessional. They should have informed me beforehand or at the very least before I got to their office. I drove over an hour in a bad weather just to get to their office. I'm so disappointed.
