We have made the mistake of always booking an appointment with Rafa. Today was the last straw. My son booked an appointment with him at 11am. It was 12:10 and he never showed up. Talk about lack of professionalism. If you can’t show up to the appointments don’t book them. This isn’t the first time this happens. He’s always late or just doesn’t show up. Do better

I went in asking for a fade on the sides and to cut my bangs off. Simple retrim on my mullet. Dude just shaved the sides straight up didn’t even blend it and was too scared to touch my bangs. Then kept trying to fix it when I told him it was fine and made it worse. 0/5 stars
