The staff is very respectful and kind. My barber cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and it looks great.
We have made the mistake of always booking an appointment with Rafa. Today was the last straw. My son booked an appointment with him at 11am. It was 12:10 and he never showed up. Talk about lack of professionalism. If you can’t show up to the appointments don’t book them. This isn’t the first time this happens. He’s always late or just doesn’t show up. Do better
