The guy who came, I didn't catch his name, was the sweetest gentleman. I was unfortunate enough to have my car malfunction and locked my keys in my car after buckling my toddler in. (My car isn't supposed to be able to be locked while the keys are inside.) He took less time then he predicted to reach us and was almost (I say almost just because it was my child involved) as concerned as I was about getting my child out.
