I had a very disappointing experience with Peterbilt. The service was horrible—despite paying $500, my problem was not solved, and I was charged without having my issue addressed or any meaningful work done. This is unfair and unacceptable. I made it clear what the problem was, yet I received no assistance, only a charge for nothing. I expect to pay for legitimate services and solutions, not just for time wasted. They're very slow the service writer will straight out, lie to you. Was in for an alignment and a quarter of my Fender, tobe replaced , in the morning, they said they would check on my truck. Came in and I had to check out the hotel. Came in the service writer said he was gonna call me. Then tell me that the alignment place had not finished the job. Then I was going to have to wait until Tuesday. Do you get the repair done? Called the alignment shop. They said it was done the night it was brought in.
