Inspection
Poor service. I went to Dobb’s for the required testing to renew my plates, and they only performed an emissions test and told me that was all I needed. At the DMV, I was informed I also needed a safety inspection based on my vehicle’s mileage. When I called Dobb’s, I was told it was because I didn’t specifically ask for it, even though they had my mileage and county information on file. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m on a road trip and my check engine light came on. They were able to inspect and fix my car in just a couple hours. Incredibly transparent and helpful.
Knowledgeable staff, fast service, and good communication. If I lived closer, I'd bring all my cars here
The manager, on Thursday, march 19th, was rude to me for asking how long it would take after trying to overcharge me for 2 tires. Told me he would have tires in this morning, but when i showed up at 11am, he hadn't even ordered them yet. Treat people better. Being a manager does not mean you have to be rude.
