I went in to have one trucks looked at because the a/c didn’t work. Joe the manager told me I needed a new condenser, and other things. I had no issue with that and just wanted it fixed. When i picked up the truck Joe proceeded to tell me that they had replaced my radiator and I said why because I had a new one installed by Sapaugh Chevy less than a year ago. Updated I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Dobbs. The tire pricing was reasonable, and Cooper was running a great promotion (buy 3, get 1 free). The store manager was great when I originally ordered my tires and scheduled my appointment. Unfortunately, the service and follow-up after that have been extremely disappointing. 7/22/26 – Tire installation: I dropped my Jeep off at my scheduled appointment time of 10:00 AM.
