Went to get an alignment done, had to tow my car out of their shop, due to them messing up my clutch and making the car not go into gear. Won’t take responsibility and said kick rocks and oh you need to move your car from our shop even though I drove my car to them just fine, only for them to mess up my clutch and not help in anyway or even try to. First and last time I ever deal with this shop and I’ll make sure I spread the word about their bad business.
Very kind and got what I needed done as quick as they could!
Folks, be aware your car may need detailed after seeing the shop had my van looked at and after I got it back it smelled like really bad B.O I can’t remember that mechanics name but I think it was Terry or something like that🤢🤢🤢
Had a tire that had a leak and was going to get it replaced. They seen i had another tire that was getting pretty balled. So they patched my leaky tire for FREE and replaced my more wore out tire with a new one. Service took a little bit of time but they were all cool and had drinks out in the lobby and TV. Super friendly with great prices. Do recommend highly
The only concern is that I requested my tires to be set at 32psi. So many shops will default to 35. My little truck indicates 30. Got the truck back with 35, no mention on the invoice my specifying 32. Isn't the customer right?
