Absolutely hate using this Dobbs location. I do because they are closest to home and open on the weekends. I have yet to have ANY work done where I didn't have to take it back a second time to make it right. Most recently was a simple tire rotation. Sure enough, some how they bent a backing plate causing a metal scraping noise. Seriously????
Just got my flat tire fixed for free! We were in and out within 30 minutes. Which was great because I had groceries in the trunk.
While visiting St Louis, my car's "low tire pressure" indicator light came on -- i pulled into shop, and even though it was pouring down rain, and they were extremely busy, they worked us in; quickly found a screw in tire; repaired it and sent us on our way. Polite, friendly and totally concerned with customer. If I lived here, I would use their services with confidence.
The service here was horrible. My car requires synthetic oil as stated on the oil cap. These guys put regular oil in my car. The manager didn't apologize he started arguing with me about it. They then said they would drain it and replace it with synthetic. My engine 06' blew up the next week. I wish I could prove this was the reason. Please beware and stay away from these people. Horrible service.
DO NOT USE!!! GO TO ROYS or ANYONE ELSE!!! I SWEAR TO ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS PLACE!!!!! If I could rank them 0 stars I would. They installed new rims and tires that I purchased (not from them) and quoted me $30.00 a piece. $120 right?? $120 for simply putting new tires on new rims and taking old ones (left complete) off so I could store in my garage for spares. $120 is very high but I didnt want to deal with going to another place, I wanted my rims on my car STAT because the old ones are in pretty bad shape because of city/C... read more
We mostly use Dobb's for tires. It's always quick and easy to get in. Nothing but great service.
Perfect location for Dobbs. I work downtown. I can drop off the car in the morning, they will shuttle me to work and then I can pick it up that afternoon. CONVENIENT!
Every time I been in they have been very prompt in checking me in and have been very good about explaining what needs done. Or if something not needed then but will be needed and when it's needed. Waiting times are close to what they say it will be.
bought tires and they were so helpful and got tires at a great price. would recommend.
