We have relied on Dobbs frequently over the years because of their reliability and services. Today, they went above and beyond for us because instead of taking advantage of our assessment of an issue with our 2013 GMC, they were very honest and let us know there was no problem!! That's just unheard of these days!! Bravo Dobbs team!!!!!!!

Crooks. If I could give a zero rating, I would. They sell overpriced tires and do not honor the warranty. I've had problems with two of the brand new tires that I purchased, and they have done nothing to honor the warranty. One tire had a screw in it, they did nothing. A few months later another tire has a split in the side, they are doing nothing. Not even honoring the 5,000 mile free tire rotation that comes with the tires. He said that would be useless. I will never, ever buy anything from Dobbs ever again.
These guys are awesome! Not only do they take great care of my suburban, but they were even willing to do some work on my son's hotwheel!
Don't go to Dobbs. They are paid on commission. They wanted to charge me $1598 to fix my a/c. I went to Weldon Springs Automotive for a second opinion. They fixed it for a discounted rate after they heard what I went through with Dobbs. Doug and Pat at Dobbs are liar's and try to get you to spend more money because they are paid on commission. Go to Weldon Springs Automotive the most honest mechanic in town. Tell the Kory sent you.
Never going back. Treated with utter disrespect and contentious attitude from corporate level. They overfilled my brake resevoir, which caused check engine light, smoke and engine to sputter an hour from home. They will not reimburse for cost of repairs, only the $390 we paid for the brake work because we should've had vehicle towed to Dobbs. I had my oil changed the night before a trip to chicago for a funeral. This includes a fluid topoff. About halfway to chicago it started to snow and the roads got sloppy. It was also extremely cold. When a truck went by and threw up road slush I hit my wipers and washers. Nothing came out of the washers! There were some dribbles that froze on the hood instantly, but that was all! I started using Dobbs last Fall. Their store at the Promenade in St. Louis was so helpful with a tire pressure sensor issue that I had while I was in St. Louis. They didn't even charge me for putting on my spare tire. I bought a set of new tires from this location in Waterloo last November. Since then I've had to have repairs done twice. A nail and them something cut into the tire on my way home from work. Both were emergency repairs.
