They are nice people here, honestly, but it doesn’t mean their car service is great. I had tires ordered incorrectly twice, which again, is fine. My car has staggered wheels, so the rear are larger in width then the front, but they put the same size on all 4 wheels. (They did fix this issue for free, absorbing the cost of the more expensive rear tires, but It meant leaving work early again...). They left the valve stem covers off every time. Bill at the front desk is awesome. I’ve talked with him a couple times on the phone and in person, and he’s always super friendly, helpful, and quick to get things taken care of. I’d come back just because of how great the service from him was. Bryan Road.
Got a tire plugged and was in and out within 30 minutes.
I was driving to Kansas City from St. Charles and noticed my tire was really low of air. I stopped to look and noticed a nail protruding out of the tire. I stopped at the new Dobbs at Hwy 70 and Bryan road. They were able to get me in right away. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They were very courteous and professional. I will definitely be a return customer.
