I'm an Uber driver and had to get a tire asap. My old tire was defective and Robert from Dobbs told me they could do the insurance claims through assurance for me. It took over 3 months for me to get my tire. Robert insisted that he was hung up on multiple times while trying to make the claim on my tire.
