Your telling me you won’t let me put my tire I bought into you Guys. Back on my Car in Your Parking Lot? Bad Service… Literally Drove Across the road to Walgreens and did it there. So you’re telling me if somebody gets a flat right outside of your store they can’t put their spare on in your parking lot and drive away?

The manager at this Dobbs location, Mr. Robert Shaw, deserves six stars. I'd initially had a rather unpleasant experience with one of the front desk employees. However, Mr. Shaw was the consummate professional, who contacted me, and wanted to honestly hear about my experience. Sent my car in to diagnose where the leak in my car is coming from. Only for them to keep my car all weekend then on Monday tell me, they don’t know exactly where the leak is coming from. Also, was charged 200$, just for them to not know where the leak is.
