I went in to get a safety and emissions inspection on Tuesday and Tyler was very thorough. He went through everything with me and told me exactly what I needed to do to get everything to pass. He was very kind and cordial about everything and was very specific. Crystal at the front desk was also very very sweet and told me the pricing with everything and said how much I would save if I went with them versus other places. I have ALWAYS depended on DOBBS Tire & Auto in Overland for the maintenance and upkeep of my vehicle. I LOVE the friendly encounter I receive each time from Robert, Christy and the mechanics. I never feel “pushed” into getting a service not needed.
Always very accommodating and thorough.
My tire was under warranty and it was repaired and my service was awesome. I was WELL taken care of.
