I want to begin this review with a statement that I am/was a repeat customer at this location. They were the only shop I trusted with either of my vehicles. But after the incident below, I will have a hard time trusting they are performing their services correctly and to the quality they advertise. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and my car was taken in five minutes later. The emissions testing was completed within 15 minutes as was quoted and I am very happy with the entire experience!
