Items for securing my spare tire was not fixed back properly or lift rod assembly stored properly. Air in tires different three out of four tires
They were very friendly and guided us through the whole process. They then went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal.
I dropped the car off for an emissions inspection and was delighted when it was ready just a little over an hour later!
The gentleman at the desk were nice and looked at my tire. They told me they were not able to help me due to the tread level. They offered to put on my spare, but as I was having to drive back to Kansas City, that would not have been a good solution. The next day I went to Firestone and they were able to repair the tire with a patch. They stated that the tire was at a level seven where the screw was in the tire and that that was fine to Repair.
