Very frustrating - slow workers and inefficient. I was given an ETA of 1:30pm, but they're 90mins behind schedule. Could've gone home to rest, whilst feeling ill, instead of spending time to wait around the area. The person in the picture told me an oil change takes 30-45mins, which the mechanic then tell me it takes at least 90mins.
I heavily advise against using this location. I don’t know if the staff changed or what because this is the only location I used previously, but I will never go back. I called a week ahead to make an appointment and was told I wouldn’t need one. I asked if they were sure I didn’t need to make an appointment in case they got busy because I needed my car same day. I have taken my car here several times with good experience. My wife on the other hand always has problems that result in new tires or extra charges. She recently brought her car there for a nail in the tire. They talked her into buying a 200$ new tire because they said the problem was in the sidewall. I just picked up the tire and the nail was several inches from the sidewall and well within the ability to be plugged.
