DONT TRUST THE 4.5 GOOGLE REVIEWS . THEY INFLATE THEM. —- I took my car for safety and emissions . It PASSED both with flying colors. But somehow they had me under the wrong name in their system. This used to be one of the more reliable shops to go to but ever since they keep changing managers each one is worse than the last. From selling service at the counter instead of what was actually recommended by the techs, to forgetting to do the services THAT YOU PAY THEM FOR. The service manager and store manager make recommendations for temporary fixes instead of valid repairs. Was sold a coolant flush due to low and old coolant. I’ve paid them $2300 for brakes rotors and new tires and the tread on my tires. One side is facing one way and on the other side it’s another way and I’ve been up there twice and I asked them to make the tread all facing the same way and they have refused to do it Saying that these are not directional tires. Well I want the tread going the same way on both sides and they just won’t do it.. Came in with a shaking problem when I stop. They said this enormous amount to fix, hours later. I pay & leave. Drive out of town & find it still shakes. I call them back speak to the "manager" & say I still have the same problem. He freaking says it's 80% fixed. 🤬🤬🤬!!!! You charged me over $1,000.00. I didn't pay for 80% fixed. His answer " i didn't check you out so I didn't get a chance to tell you, trued to justify. Anybody out there that fixes problems 100%?
