Got out of Longhorn after dinner to a totally flat tire! All by myself and Dobbs is right next door. They were locked up and parking cars in the bays, it was 8:15, and they plugged my flat and sent me on my way by 8:30! I sooooooo appreciated them staying late and helping me. I had purchased my tires at Wentzville Dobbs and will continue to buy from Dobbs!!!
Staff were so very helpful when I needed an emissions test in a hurry. It wasn't their fault or their problem, but they were SO helpful and got me in and out as fast as they could. I'm grateful for courteous, friendly people!
When I picked up my car after having a very expensive complete brake replacement, the car battery was dead. They jumped it and I took the car. I had to take a trip. The car was dead when I got back. I took the car back to Dobbs only to be slapped with a $107.83 bill to replace the switch that turns off the brake lights under the brake pedal. It worked before I took it but was broken when I got it back. I feel that they broke it while making repairs. I am disgusted with their service tech - very dishonest about their causing ... read more
The Dobbs on Chesterfield Parkway is a lot more friendly and accommodating. However this one is the only one open on Sunday's 9-5pm.
Just the basics – Took my car in for oil change and the mechanic suggested other (expensive) repairs were needed. I took it to the dealer instead. Saved myself $500 because not only was the service not necessary, it was not recommend by the manufacturer.
