I have been going to the Chesterfield for a number of years with good results but things have changed in the past year. I have had two sets of bad tires from them. One set they claimed it was due to lack of rotation which wasn't because I had done it myself. Offered as a solution to buy 4 new tires for $900 to replace the tires that had 25k miles on them. The other issue was on a set of Cooper tires where one tire had a slipped belt. Technician confirmed it was a slipped belt. Tires had 27k miles but were over 6 years ... read more

The nicest people helped us out in a frustrating situation as we were headed to KC for a funeral. Went out of their way to help us with a tow and rental car. Good people. They were so kind and gave us helpful information while assisting us. Kindness really does count!
Thank you guys so much! In July I was stranded with a tire that kept releasing air quickly and two kids in wheelchairs and you replaced the tire right away! Fast forward to today, I find a screw in the same tire and I’m less than 3 miles from the same location with one of my kids again... you guys are awesome! Took care of it right away even though I was willing to wait! There are still good people in this world!
Dropped off my car on at Dobbs in Fenton and they lost the paperwork and keys to my Dodge Durango. Called the next day and they have no record of my car or the key that I handed them the prior day. So dropped off a spare set of keys and they fixed the car, but then I brought the vehicle home and the next day the Durango was gone. Clearly someone took the paperwork with my name, phone number and address along with the key to the Durango from within Dobbs, and someone stole my vehicle from my house!
