This location was supposed to do a simple oil change on my husband’s car, but they put a bad filter in, and the engine died. They then tried to tell my husband that he needed to pay out of pocket to have the car towed up there to be looked at. They tried to place the blame on him. The men who work at the Yorkshire location are fantastic! I’ve been taking my car to them for over 3 years. I recently moved and have another Dobbs practically in my backyard but after an oil change at this other location, decided that i will drive a few extra miles to the guys I know and trust at Yorkshire. They are friendly, very accommodating, easy to understand and will continue to have my business in the future. Thank you for all you do!

These folks always work around my schedule to get my car in. They never try to "upsell" or talk me into services I don't need. If there is a coupon they give me the discount. I used to dread taking my car in but now I feel like I'm just going to visit old friends. All the staff is friendly and very willing to help!
