I dropped my car off at Dobbs last week and when I called to get a status on the car repair they said they had lost the key and paperwork to repair my vehicle, and the paperwork had my name, address, phone number, type of car...etc on the work order. I brought up a spare key and they fixed the vehicle at no charge, and said they still could not find the key or paperwork with all of my personal information on it. We were on vacation in St. Louis and on the way to Six Flags....of course we get a flat tire! The guys at Dobbs went out of their way to help us quickly! We were on our way with two new tires in about an hour!! Highly recommend!!
