my recent visit with dobbs honda on covington pike was fantastic. My service advisor Kevin was outstanding. He provide great customer service. He gave me a ride home until my car was finish. the work done was great and the cost was fair for an older car. Five star rating. I will be back in the future. rhonda was great as well.

I have been going to the Chesterfield for a number of years with good results but things have changed in the past year. I have had two sets of bad tires from them. One set they claimed it was due to lack of rotation which wasn't because I had done it myself. Offered as a solution to buy 4 new tires for $900 to replace the tires that had 25k miles on them. The other issue was on a set of Cooper tires where one tire had a slipped belt. Technician confirmed it was a slipped belt. Tires had 27k miles but were over 6 years ... read more

I ended up at Dobbs after I took my car into the dealership to address an issue that my normal local mechanic couldn't identify. The dealership suggested the problem was with my battery, which Dobbs had replaced a few years ago, and sent me there. I was pretty frustrated by the time I made it to Dobbs and just wanted to understand what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. Waited days to get my car worked on and spent over $500 for a fix that did nothing to address the original concern. I'd never go back there, nor would I ever recommend that anyone go there. Go there only if you want to wait days and pay hundreds to get nothing done.

Where to begin: I heard grinding on my rear brakes, so I took it to them to check it out. They tried to overcharge me because I had a warranty on the car, so I chose to have the car towed elsewhere. However, everything I've had them do in the past few months seemed to be replaced with older parts. We had to get a new headlight, even though it is less than a month old (upon replacement, we found the bulb wasn't even one they sold and was a couple years old), and new wipers because the "new" blades are completely worn (rusted ... read more
