I'm always happy – They have always been good to me, I've purchased 4 sets of tire there and never have been disappointed. They always price match and free rotations for life, and free flat repairs for a year. As far as mechanical repairs go they're quick to suggest things like any other mechanic. So it's always good to get a second opinion, but thats the same no matter where you go. Scammers – Took my car in for new rotors, They said it needed new hubs and calipers as well. Quoted price was $1400 plus some change. So I went to Tony Bobeens in troy and guess what. New Hubs and rotors, no need for new calipers. just under $400 bucks and my car has run great for over a year now. Just something to think about people. I saved close to $1100 dollars. I will no longer use Dobb's Tire of O'Fallon, MO – Took my car in after my dealer told me I needed new brake pads. Dobbs told me new brake pads AND front rotors - they could resurface the back ones. 17 days later, my back rotors are completely warped. First the manager Larry told me that it was because Chrysler made them so thin. I reminded him that they told me I could resurface them - he then told me that I must have had a "hard-breaking" incident. Which I haven't.
