I ended up at Dobbs after I took my car into the dealership to address an issue that my normal local mechanic couldn't identify. The dealership suggested the problem was with my battery, which Dobbs had replaced a few years ago, and sent me there. Go elsewhere, they apparently don't care about customer serv – On my recommendation to get his tires at Dobbs my 80 year old father has had to return several times to due to balance issues. My father is a retired GM employee and he has never had to return to a tire place so many times due to poor service.
