I've always had excellent help and quality glasses from Dobbs. I do have insurance through my work now though, so I have to go elsewhere for my glasses.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Dobbs Optical. I purchased a pair of glasses from Dobbs Optical, paying over $500. The manager (who was very unfriendly throughout the entire process) lied to me when I purchased the glasses, making promises that he didn't keep with regards to the type of lenses that I would be provided with.
