Got glasses back from them with AR coating recommended by Dr Tony Dobbs. Saw alot of green in lenses. Had glasses less than a month. Gave me hard time about giving me a refund on AR coating. lenses were unable to see out of. Gave me one reason after another when it was clearly a no brainer. Wasnt my fault. yet they made it seem it was. Been a customer since 2005 never a problem. Was even told cant get glass case unless I purchased it. Tony Dobbs gave me the wrong prescription twice and then said I was going to have to pay for them, that is their policy. When I asked "so you gave me the wrong prescription twice now I have to pay for them?" Tony put his hands on his hips, got up in my face and stated "you are going to pay for them if you want them reground". I could smell the alcohol on him. at 8;30 AM. One of legs came off of my glasses they told me it was still under warranty i got to the office and then said it was not they told me i was going had to pay 20 dollars for them to fix them i have been coming here for along time i will not ever come back here again i do not like dealing with liers do not come here they will sell you trash and then not want to fix it unless you pay them to fix it dobbs is the worst place i have ever dealt with
We are evacuees from Hurricane Irma staying in the area who needed a broken screw drilled out of a pair of glasses. Everyone was so courteous and did not charge us for their services. Thanks again and God Bless You!
Downgraded to 1 star after the last experience. My lenses where not right and they promised to correct and replace the lenses. Ms Judy gave me the glasses out of a tray with a set of red marked lenses and asked if I wanted the old lenses and to try the new ones. Seemed okay, but when I got to work the same problems occurred. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the lenses had the exact scuff mark and scratches as before! These lenses where never replaced! I am 100% sure!
