This dealer has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of me. I’ve had PHENOMENAL experiences with parts, sales, and service teams. I’m treated extremely fair with prices and attention to details on my concerns with my machines. The PREMIER level of customer service and SATISFACTION sets the bar for other manufacturers. UPDATE: Jessy Wolf at Dobbs and Bert Bagley with Deere have only offered to work on my 60P if I transport the machine to their shop and lose my machine as they won’t provide a loaner. After months of waiting to have a second meeting, Bert starts the meeting by saying I’m a liar and they were waiting on me to set a date. Attached below are the pictures proving I was stuck waiting on them. Just haul there equipment.
Good customer service. The sales guy was very helpful.
AWFUL customer service. Parts department has given me the wrong parts multiple times. Service has taken 4 different try’s to fix my machine and haven’t been able to fix other issues. Poor and rude communication and charging for stuff they say is covered until after the jobs done. I’ve taken my equipment to quite a few different dealers and this is the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with.
