As of 2026 this place had gone down hill. The new owners are terrible, management is terrible, maintenance…. You guessed it! Terrible. The owners are cheap. There are piles of furniture piled up all over the property. Broken down and unregistered cars taking up parking that haven’t been moved in months. The laundry rooms are filthy and half of the machines are not working. They barely even mow the lawn. The plow company they use is awful, rude and terrible at their job. Overall this place is ok, we have a few police calls and ambulance calls but I never have to worry about stuff getting stolen out of my car or getting broken into. The only thing I really don’t like is the constant change of workers in the office because they go from good to bad and the constant change of parking stickers. They change stickers and if you don’t get a notice they will tow your car and you have to pay those charges. The better office attendants will give you a courtesy call.
