When a wheel entirely broke off of my SUV due to potholes it was upsetting and unnerving, but the Dobb’s team did such a fantastic job that they turned a negative experience into a positive one. They worked with my insurance company and got everything sorted out with ease. Theresa was my main point of contact and she was a true joy to work with. Always cheery, informative and helpful. My car was returned to me better than it was and I couldn’t be happier. This team really went above and beyond to deliver excellent services.
My husband and I used Dobbs as an authorized Tesla repair shop after my car suffered some damage having never been there before. The experience was great from start to finish. They were transparent, candid, easy to get ahold of, and incredibly responsive to all of my and my husband's questions and concerns. Their dedication to good customer service is immeasurable. While I hope I don't need any more body work on my car in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dobbs.
