I have never been to this establishment and this review is not an attempt to comment on the quality of the work but rather to comment on the integrity of the ownership and professionalism of the staff. Today I had a frightening interaction with a Dobbs employee who almost caused an enormous accident in the cvs parking lot next to Dobbs. After almost being hit by this man, I was behind his car and exiting the parking lot and took a photo of the car license plate. Someone scratched my car in a parking lot and I went to the body shop for estimate. The manager and the technician are so friendly and quickly checked and fixed the scratches in 10 mins and for free! I really appreciate the help and would like to recommend this shop to friends.
