Amazing service. What I thought was going to be a nightmare process turned into anything but. Would highly recommend Dobbs Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone.

Sunday night 8 pm. Got home from church and the air conditioning was out. Arron came out in about 10 minutes (just lives around the corner). He checked the unit out and diagnosed a bad fan motor, attempted to get it running for the night so we would have a/c for the night. Monday morning before 9:30 he called and said he was on his way with the new motor. Had me cooling by 10:30. Everytime we've called them, great response time. Service has been great and can't complain about the price! I would recommend to anyone that asks!

Prior company never checked a critical component- so grateful to technician- went above and beyond in explanation and training me :) so that I understand the big and little things that can become quite serious if neglected, customer forever!!
