I went to this place a few years ago and got hearing aids. The hearing aids did not work out for me and they were not very helpful. Since then this company has called me multiple times a day to come back to have another hearing test. I am on the do not call list and have not done business with this company in over 2 years. I have asked them over 10 times to quit calling me but the calls keep coming.
The Glendale office at 5757 W Thunderbird Rd. STE E156 was a wonderful experience. The docor Lisa and her staff were so kind and caring and knowledgeable. I was in snd out very quickly and I was treated like a person and not a number. They listened which is very rare these days. The receptionist went out of her way to help me find a ride back home. All in all an A+ experience and I highly recommend them!!!
This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. The People were wonderful and helpful.
I came in with rechargable hearing aids I purchased on line. After a short time I was having problems with (I thought) the charger was broken as it wouldn't charge. Hearing LIFE Lisa Salinas happened to be in office & fortunately for me she had a cancelation. She was very professional & knew exactly where & what to look for. She helped me get my aids service & back in a very short period of time.
