I went in with ringing in my right ear. And after some time I can hear better with no ringing in my right ear.
Lisa is wonderful. Very professional and does a great job of explaining. Only disappointment was they did not inform me our insurance is currently not accepted there. Although this may not have mattered in the end, due to their great pricing, it would have been research I could have completed before the appointment.
I stopped by with a hearing aid that had stopped working. Stephanie helped me out immediately and tried to get it operating while I waited. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose it to the point that she knew it had to be sent in for repairs. We made another appointment for me to come back in and have my hearing tested again so any adjustments could be made on the repaired unit. I was very happy with the whole experience. I would recommend Hearing Life to anyone.
