This place needs new staff! The girl I talked to, I believe her name was Shantal, so rude!!! I'll start by addressing appearance. This is a pretty nice establishment and to have your staff look like they just rolled out of bed and have such a sloppy presence is unheard-of. Doesn't seem like they have standards if this is how the firm is represented. $220 for a 5 min consult to see if I even have a case is outrageous.
I have had a few instances where we needed legal council and Mr. Eric Dobberstein has been so professional and helpful! He and his firm has helped us with business matters over the years as well as personal matters. He is very straight forward and does not beat around the bush, that is important to me. Mr. Eric Dobberstein and his team are so kind and responsive whenever I have emailed or called regarding our case. I highly recommend him and his firm whenever I have been asked for an attorney referral.
The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lawyer gave us the worst attitude when we came to a consolation meeting. We paid $200 for that meeting and for the whole 10 minutes, he wouldn’t stop giving us the worst attitude, cutting us off when we were talking during the whole meeting and was super rude and not respectful to us. We felt like he is against us instead of trying to help us. Even if a lawyer thinks that there’s no case he should be respectful to the customer. This firm is a money grab. They will charge you$210 for a 2 minute consultation to tell you something you already knew. Quote you at one price then when it’s time to do business they will quadruple the price. In my case they originally quoted me $1000 to get one misdemeanor sealed on my record then when I came back with the paperwork they asked for they told me it would be $4,000. Never refunded my $210. Stay far away from this firm they will rob you. UPDATE: still never received a refund they just took $210 from me
