We recently had quite a few issues with our garage door and were referred to Doans to help us with the repair. Hannah came the first time, and she was excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful. Got our door working and advised us of other things we should have changed but weren’t necessarily urgent. We then decided to book a second service call to have those things she suggested fixed. Drew was able to get our remotes working and also programmed the remote on our Mazda car rearview mirror. Stupidly, on our part, the batteries in our other remotes were installed upside down. This problem Drew corrected immediately. Great, pleasant service!!
I recently was having trouble with my garage door closing. When I contacted Doans they gave me some trouble shooting suggestions to try first and when they didn’t resolve the issue a service call appointment was made. James arrived on time and quickly and professionally diagnosed and resolved the problem. He also took the time to show me how to lubricate the door and what product to use. Dealing with Doans was easy and effective and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
