Great service! Took care of my problem in a timely manner.
The technician showed up within the time frame given. He was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and even chipped away the ice buildup around the door rail base. He did an inspection of my door system, and made some recommendations. I was thoroughly impressed. I've made an appointment with Doan's for a garage door upgrade. Looking forward to doing business with them.
I needed help with our garage door because it would stop halfways when trying to open to get my car out. frustrating to say the least. doans sent two guys and they recognized the problem and wasted no time fixing it. I am on oxygen and carry a tank with me at all times. I came out to the garage to talk with the guys and had a bad breathing spell halfway to the garage and needed assistance. the doans workers helped me back to the house and would have carried me to the house if needed.
