Worst experience. Charged $160 and not even fixed. Showed up and was supposed to call first. They wanted to keep trying to get a part out at my expense. I’m left with this not fixed and still have to call another plumber. No professionalism. This is how it was left. New part installed correctly and was told they were not using the right tools. Finally working $410 later.
I hate giving bad reviews, but they stole my money. They came out to measure and give a quote to replace 50’ of sewer line, from the edge of the house to the street. It’s not even 50’. They said the boss would get back to me with the quote, which was like $70, and I had to pay it up front. They said to give them a few days because they were really busy. I love this company! They have honest and good core values. Affordable and honest pricing and great staff in their office. Love you guys thank you for all you do.
I contacted them the day after Christmas about a water pipe that was leaking under my home. They were the only people that I could get in contact with and they arrived within a couple of hours. They had the problem fixed very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using the again for any issues that I have. Thank you!!
