Doan Auto Glass gave me excellent customer service (way better than any other auto glass shop I called in the Asheville area, some were downright rude), and saved me time and money. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone in the area needing glass for their vehicle. Do yourself a favor and call them. Safelite wanted me to wait 5 days and pay $369 for a window, Doan came out in 24 hours and did the whole thing under $200. Called for quote to fix a shattered sunroof the lady answering the phone was very helpful although they dont do sunroof's she offered to ask her " tech " for recommendations.
They were amazing reliable and prepared for there services, got the work done when no one else could highly recommended

Did the job while I was at work! Dennis and Lea I believe her name is (answering phones, giving quotes) are very friendly. Have used them multiple times and have always had a great experience. I dont know why reviews are low other than the fact that people don't follow post installation instructions. Thanks a bunch guys! Great work
