I called in the morning for my Mom and spoke with the front desk person, Linda, who was very rude during our interaction. She placed me on hold but did not mute the line, and I could hear sensitive patient information being discussed, including names, birthdays, insurance details, and co-pay amounts. This is a clear violation of HIPAA regulations and a serious breach of privacy.
