I used him last year because we had a problem with field mice coming in in the winter. DOA came and took care of the problem. This year I called him for preventative measures, he looked like he was high on cocaine or meth. He was sweating, talking fast, not making sense and he almost fell down my stairs. He was supposed to come back three weeks later to check all the traps and it’s been three months and we have not heard from him. Needless to say I probably will never use this company again
