Juan is the tech who handled my plumbing concerns. Juan knew so much about plumbing, I chose "Do-Right Rooter Drain Specialist" to be part of my basement bathroom remodeling team. The Do Right Rooter office staff talks to customers as if they're neighbors —good neighbors. I've had a few "I know a guy..." plumbers and workers service my home. Now, I finally have a "first call" company to address all plumbing concerns I may encounter. Thanks Do Right Rooter

I was lucky to get Juan - very thorough and meticulous and communicates exactly whats going on. And always shows up hen he is supposed to. Viki and Crystal are great too - work with me for scheduling quickly

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience with Do-Right Rooter Company. In January/February of this year, my water heater froze. Do-Right came out, tried to defrost the pipes (unsuccessfully), and we ended up without water for days. While they were there, they noticed the floor underneath my water heater had rotted away from when it previously exploded and leaked into my home. Well they came out to follow up on a warranty call because basement flooded within the six month. But the technician told me it was nothing he could do because of the city shutting there doors to stop the flooding and the water went down. But maybe about 20 minutes later the water starting to come back up when you flushed the toilet or run kitchen water. He was polite and tried to explain. I called the company back to let know toilet was flooding and when u run the sink. No never called me back.
