David and John came out twice to assess both my plumbing issues. They gave me a phenomenal discount on the second project unforseen at the time. My experience was absolutely 💯 percent stress free from the workers to the staff. After the job My landscape was put back intact making my job less worrisome. They contacted the City to come out to inspect the work before covering the whole and sent me pictures of the whole in the pipe causing the problem. I had a frustrating experience with this company, and I believe it should be renamed to reflect the poor service I received. When I initially called about a smell coming from my sewer, a technician came to my home and told me he would clean out my pit using a shop vacuum. He assured me he would gather the necessary supplies. However, when he returned three and a half hours later, he presented me with a contract that required my signature and payment before any work could begin, totaling $839. At first there was some issues with the tech that came out to do the job, but when I contacted the office the owner David came on site and listened to the issues I had. He made sure to rectify the problem that I was having and made it very clear that the job would be completed that day. He made good on his word and gave me a couple extras. I would have given them 5 stars if I didn’t have the beginning issues.

Excellent Service – Fast, Friendly, and Efficient! I’m giving Do Right Plumbing 5 stars for their outstanding service! They arrived within 20 minutes of my call, and Johnny, the plumber, contacted me within two minutes to confirm he was on his way and ask about the issue. The customer service was top-notch. Johnny quickly diagnosed the problem, was incredibly friendly, and had our drain unclogged in no time. Highly recommend!
