Hair cut - okay level; nothing above and beyond or surpassing expectations. Advice: don’t go unless you are chinese. Staff only speaks chinese which makes it extremely difficult to communicate what you want. Complaint: arrived on time for my appointment, yet I had to wait 1.5hr to be seated. Kept saying “soon” & “almost done” again and again. Had the audacity to ask for tip after that.

Simon helped me with my hair cut. He is very nice and takes care of hair carefully and patiently — super soft and not harsh at all. He will actively communicate his ideas and suggestions with you and let you choose the one you like the best. He also gave me a beautiful curly hairstyle ( my hair is straight!) Highly recommend!!!
This is the second time that I went to this store and James did absolute wonders for my hair style. He was very helpful in helping me in deciding on the style and length for my hair. At the end he taught me how to style it and in general I highly recommend him he is very friendly and helpful. I am only going to go to this location and to James.
