I had a very disappointing and damaging experience here back in April. During my appointment, my hair was almost burned due to the hairdresser using an excessively high developer percentage for the bleach, despite my hair already being previously lightened and not having a dark base. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me—saying it must have been the products I use or even the water I wash my hair with. She never apologized at any point.
