Jessica is a big reason why I continue to come here, she is fantastic. She is always so nice and patient with me when I have numerous questions about a piece of machinery. I have came here multiple times. Had a good experience every time. Just dropped off a stump grinder. There is a wide variety of machines and tools that they rent out. Great prices, great people. Highly recommended. I plan to keep using them for future projects.
Vic and his crew at DIY Fernandina are phenomenal very helpful? All of their equipment? Top notch would not go anywhere else in jacksonville, or surrounding areas they worked with me without questions asked hands down will not find Better. People to rent from. Thank you guys at DIY!!!
I called to rent a lift machine. Robert was knowledgeable and courteous.. I live close to this Do-It-Yourself Rental location, so I opted to go in person. Jessica greeted me and was incredibly helpful! They did not offer the height required to complete my project. Jessica looked online at another rental facility that did have what I need. I highly recommend this honest hardworking crew!!
Everything you need at great prices! Customer service is amazing. Everyone that works there including the owners who are always on site are incredibly nice, extremely helpful and go beyond any expectations of what is to be expected.
