Ryan did a great job of both explaining the problems with my trees and the best approach to trimming, removing, and saving distressed Ponderosa Pines and Junipers. He was very patient in answering my many questions (we are new to the area). He kept constant communication both via phone and text as there were a few weather delays - He was willing to cut/trim trees in bad weather but I did not want him to.
