When back from holidays we found my mom’s furnace had failed. Do It Right was quick to respond to troubleshoot and get the needed part ordered. The day the part arrived it was installed!! My mom has a working furnace again. Communications were good throughout the entire process. Thanks!!
Great service, very helpful and thorough. We have an old furnace and Suhail was able to diagnose, treat and maintain it. We asked lots of questions and he was more than willing to provide information. He suggested we replace it soon and consider replacing it with a heat pump. Definitely gained repeat business.
