BAIT AND SWITCH. Promised a SoCal Gas Rebate that is not available for tankless to tankless replacement. I have called and tried to work with the office and they will not respond back. I don't recommend this company as they have no integrity. Do not trust them to honor any agreed upon terms on their mobile device. This was the ultimate bait and switch and then crickets from the office. My next complaint will be the with CSLB for price gouging and lack of transparency.
