Hands down, this was the best customer experience I’ve ever had. I first booked Arthur for a simple dryer vent cleaning, and that went so well I immediately asked if the air conditioning vents could get the same treatment. He worked like a machine but still managed to be one of the friendliest, kindest, most professional people I’ve met. Showed up same day and provided phenomenal service. You can't beat the price. This is the second time we have used this service and will continue to in the future.
After getting an alert on our dryer machine and noticing constant issues with our dryer actually fully drying our clothes, we called Arthur to see if he could come check our vents for blockage. He was available to come within 3 hours of our call and thank God because he unclogged it all. There were bird nests and excessive lint that was the reason for our dryer not functioning properly. Arthur and his team are incredible! So friendly and knowledgeable. They showed us everything step by step, and they worked very hard on a blockage that seemed unfixable. The price is very fair especially for the amount of time they were here. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them whenever we need servicing!
