Arthur was responsive, on time, very professional, fair and honest in pricing and went above and beyond to ensure all of our ducts/vents were completely and properly cleaned. He took the time to educate us on the process and what cleaning solution he would be using. He suggested that we get our dryer vent cleaned and THANK GOD he did because there was so much filth inside. Pictures provided. It’s a no brainer to use Arthur!
Called Arthur this morning regarding my dryer vent being clogged and he was out at my place by this afternoon. He cleaned the vent professionally and thoroughly, completely explaining the process and the reasoning behind his actions. He even drove to Lowe's to buy me a new dryer vent as my old one was not doing the job to his satisfaction. He was so amazing, I hired him to come out and clean the vents for my AC!
I called Do It Right Air Ducts and spoke with Arthur. Arthur responded to my house and was very professional. He broke down the process of what air duct cleaning consist of and the importance of it. It felt like having a good honest friend with him doing the job here at my house. He told me every house that he does, he does it with the intent that it’s his own. With that being said I truly recommend him. He is professional, honest, and hardworking.
Arthur was able to come out quickly for a service call. Our dryer had a burning smell which was due to very heavy lint buildup in our dryer duct. It had been years since we thought to have it cleaned out since everything was working fine. Arthur was very professional and thorough, carefully explained every step of the process, and educated us on the risk of dryer vent fires. Highly recommend.
Arthur was very informative, and has great customer service.. I will definitely call him again when I need my vents clean.
