We’ve been using Do It Green for years and are always thrilled with the results! One time I tried another company and my house reeked of chemicals for days. I have small children and a toxin-free clean is very important to me. Do It Green technicians go above and beyond to get out stains, even the ones I don’t remember to point out. Highly recommend!
This company doesn’t deal with a lot of people of minority, but you can really tell that by how they face their prices and services are not realistic and of the working class people. When I called about a $200 rug not that very big cheap one I just wanted to keep it and just get it clean. He wanted me to pay pretty much as much as I paid for the carpet. I spilled red wine on my carpet and it was completely cleaned no spots at all. The technician, Sam, was very professional and very courteous.
Great communication regarding ETA. Prompt, thorough description of product/services, worked steadily and quickly. Friendly. Carpet and over-stuffed chair look great! Glad to know minimal chemicals (mild detergent). Loved that my items could be cleaned at my home. Thank you for great service!
Cleaning was fast and professional and it looks great! We’ve used this company 4 or 5 times now for carpets, area rugs and furniture, and it’s been consistently great service and results!
