This company doesn’t deal with a lot of people of minority, but you can really tell that by how they face their prices and services are not realistic and of the working class people. I spilled red wine on my carpet and it was completely cleaned no spots at all. The technician, Sam, was very professional and very courteous.
Great communication regarding ETA. Prompt, thorough description of product/services, worked steadily and quickly. Friendly. Carpet and over-stuffed chair look great! Glad to know minimal chemicals (mild detergent). Loved that my items could be cleaned at my home. Thank you for great service!
