Ordered an urgently needed item that was to be ready for pickup within 24hrs. Manager contacted me at the end of following day to say that the item would take 3 weeks for delivery and would cost an additional $30. I will be contacting Visa for a refund and reporting Do Home Healthcare to BBB tomorrow.
