Very dependable company. My dad just got home from the hospital and we needed a hospital bed immediately. Naeem did a great job by placing my order right away. I ordered a wheelchair online and never received the promised confirming email. At no time was I given a delivery date or even an estimate of how long it would take to arrive. When it finally got to my house, it turned out it had taken a full six days to travel from Toronto to Alliston, an hour north of their office location. Terrible communications. Terrible service.
