My experience here was not what I was expecting. When I 1st arrived i notice they had a step to get in but I saw the ramp inside the store. So I called to get some assistance the phone rang and rang and rang, I assumed the staff must be in the back or dealing with customer. 5 minutes of ringing nothing so I open the door and the little bell rings and then I see both staff member show thier face from behind the desk. Ordered an urgently needed item that was to be ready for pickup within 24hrs. Manager contacted me at the end of following day to say that the item would take 3 weeks for delivery and would cost an additional $30. I will be contacting Visa for a refund and reporting Do Home Healthcare to BBB tomorrow.
