The service was terrible. I walked in and had to go all the way to the back of the salon without anyone assisting me, just to talk to the hairstylists and ask for directions. It felt like I was begging for service rather than them actually offering it. When I arrived, one stylist was giving a hair treatment to another, and they sat me in a room for 20 minutes to wait for them to finish. They charged me $100 for a poorly done haircut. I’m sorry, but I had a very bad experience.
Full set took 2 hours... French no crazy design. They came out beautiful BUT started to lift and 2 popped off 5 days later. What a waste of money. I will never go back Update: day 7 and they ALL popped off
Yesenia is absolutely amazing! She’s such a talented nail tech, always going above and beyond. The salon has such a welcoming atmosphere, and every visit is a great experience. You truly feel like part of the family! ¡Yesenia es increíble! Es una técnica de uñas muy talentosa que siempre da lo mejor de sí. El salón tiene un ambiente muy acogedor, y cada visita es una experiencia maravillosa. ¡De verdad te hacen sentir como parte de la familia!
