Booked a month ahead. Offered to do earlier if he had a cancellation because full timers. He changed from am to afternoon a few days ahead because someone else needed done. Then never showed up by 4 n we had plans at 4:45 so asked him to call to reschedule but never heard back. We’d done windows several times before n he’d always done a good job on time.
