We hired these two in 2019 and they did an AMAZING job! I wanted to see if they'd come back regularly but the pandemic hit and put everything on hold. I am so sad to see the business is closed as I was trying to find their contact info to see if they'd come back!

Donnelle called me @1:45 to tell me she needed to move my appointment appointment back an hour to 3:00 so she could receive a package. I reluctantly said yes. At 3:30 I called her back to ask if she was coming and she stated that she would be here by 3:50 (almost 2 hours later than the appointment), she had to pick her kid up. I was still willing to work with here but she told me to just get a refund. I would not recommend this company, very unprofessional.

Terrible experience, lost my key fob, didn’t do the scheduled move-out cleaning, and continously ask me to pay her. The cleaner arrived late. Then after that I left her to clean with the key fob so I could go back to work, 30 minutes back to work and I got a call from the cleaner saying she lost my key fob. Then she said she will not be responsible for the cost of key fob, will try to look for it and if unsuccessful she will leave.
