Really bad customer service. I called in couple days for a project wondering the best recommended paper and type of printers they have. Tried to send my pdf/jpeg by email when on phone and was told to just come in. Got a minimum quote over the phone for $20 bucks for 2 prints that could be done that time/day. When I came in to do the job in person waited for them to finish up on projects before helping me and when I said I needed 2 prints they said they were too busy for today and would charge me $40 instead.
