Dr Donaldson in Pocatello did a great job with my son's nose cauterized. But when I referred my 87 yr old mother in a wheel chair and my 22 yr old son back to his office to have their ears cleaned it was a night mare! We got the doctors assistant because Dr. Was not available. Both times we asked the assistant not to to use the metal hook. Both times she did.
